The minimum order quantity is 1,000 units. The most cost-effective production volumes are typically 2,000 units for 50 ml products or 3,000 units for 30 ml products. Smaller batches may also be possible, although the unit production cost will be higher.
Yes. You can propose your own packaging for a White Label cosmetic. In this case, compatibility testing between the cosmetic formula and the selected packaging may be required, extending the lead time by at least approximately 30 days.
Yes. Each White Label cosmetic is available in three fragrance options to choose from. If you would like to use your own fragrance, we can prepare samples featuring a new fragrance composition. This service is subject to an additional fee.
The standard lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks from order placement. This may be extended if the project requires additional changes, such as custom packaging and compatibility testing.
Yes. The documentation for White Label cosmetics is already prepared and only needs to be adapted to the details of the client placing the product on the market under their own brand. The cost of preparing the CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) for the client is PLN 400 net.
Yes. Before starting full-scale production, you can order White Label cosmetic samples to evaluate the products and select the right option before placing a production order.
Yes. ACC Chemicals also offers custom cosmetic formulation development, although this type of project falls outside the White Label model. For a cosmetic developed from scratch, the finished product is typically ready within approximately 4–5 months from the start of formulation development.
